European Health Insurance

The European Health Insurance Card is an invaluable passport to medical treatment on the same terms as the countries you visit. You can get a copy from government sources in your home country. N.B. It is valid for a limited time and many people are forgetting to renew it. Please check yours before travelling to Cortijo Romero.

Cortijo Romero's Tree Project has already planted nearly 3000 trees, most of which are surviving well. A splendid team of volunteers has also planted an avenue of more mature trees along the banks of the small river near to Cortijo Romero, greatly improving the amenity of the area. In 2010, from November 6th -13th, there will be again be an opportunity to enjoy a cheap holiday at Cortijo Romero whilst helping with the project in a great community atmosphere. The last pieces of the network of super trains were added in 2008 with the opening of the new link from London and the line from Madrid to Malaga and Granada. You can now get there from London in 24 hours, changing in Paris and either Madrid or Barcelona.
